Remember the story from earlier this month of the “iPhone that stopped the “New York Philharmonic”? It has happened again but with much more amusing results.
Slovakian musician Lukáš Kmit was play a solo on his viola in a synagogue in Presov, Slovakia when a ringing phone brought his performance to a screeching halt. But, unlike the New York Philharmonic, he quickly started again – but with a twist.

It could be but it’s not likely, considering it involved a synagogue. No idea why that would make a difference but my Spidey sense doesn’t tingle on this story. 🙂
I’m not buying it. It just happened to go off right as he was finishing a section if not the whole solo. too pat of a timing. Just reeks of a set up
Plus the detail that the owner was in a place of worship (even if it wasn’t an actual service) and took his time to cut the ringer so it played the whole tone. With apparently no reaction from the audience. Really?
And this was being pro taped (and posted by said pro). My spider sense does tingle on this. That it was faked.
