Apple CEO Steve Jobs has been on medical leave since mid-January, but speculation began on Tuesday that he might make an appearance at Wednesday iPad 2 event.

Jobs left Apple COO Tim Cook in charge of the daily operations at Apple, but he is still involved in the major strategic decisions, he said when he announced his medical leave. Considering he just left on leave a month ago, Jobs clearly had a big part to play in the iPad 2 design and launch.
Since taking some time off reports have emerged of Jobs being seen on Apple’s campus and that he was taking phone meetings from his home.

Steve Jobs has done so much for the company. He might as well offer a best job and render efforts just to make sure that the company is working out well. Despite of his medical leave, he is still in the presence of helping out the process on the company.
Every now and then more faces of iPhones are being launched. Revised operating systems are being developed to phones. People love new things especially when it comes to phones!
It was awesome to see Steve there..even more exciting to me than the new ipad..god bless him and hope we see more of him announcing more products in the future..
I thought Steve Jobs won’t appear on that event. The audience give him a standing ovation for introducing the features and concept of the iPhone. Steve Jobs has been doing well for the good sake of the Apple Company.
