Haven’t seen it yet, but the trailers have been amazing. I can’t remember anticipating a super-hero movie this much in a long time.

Nothing beats the comic book art.
You cannot make, say, Hellboy as cool on screen as when rendered by Mike Mignola. Same with any other genius who graced a comic book.
I am re-reading The Black Monday Murders as I am writing this. the art (by Tomm Coker) is so amazing, I can see myself on these pages/sets.
I saw it twice last week. It was fabulous. The animation went from comic-book to photo-realistic and back in a matter of seconds without the slightest jerkiness. Sometimes there were three different animation styles on-screen at the same time. It was a true tour de force. And Lily Tomlin!!
