The Veterans and Military Purchase Program is a benefit provided by Apple Inc. to current and Veteran members of the U.S. Military, National Guard and Reserve. The Program is also offered to their immediate family members who also reside in their same household. The Program is intended for personal use only.
Good to see Apple doing this. We do far too little for our veterans and military personnel. I’d like to see Apple offer this in all of its sales regions. And frankly, a 10% discount is the bare minimum. It should be much larger.
Medicare for all, remove the VA. Then treat veterans to the promises you made them. Oh, and Trump, the most egregious military con man, is loved by the military as he takes them to the cleaners,
I can only speak for myself, but as a combat veteran I can tell you vets are not all of one mind regarding the current POTUS. Many vets who are eligible for VA heath care also qualify for Medicare. If funding for community care outside the VA is lacking, that’s on Congress. Contrary to press, the VA has health services for injuries and conditions that could not be handled anywhere else. We need more facilities, not do away with it and replace it with what might be inferior profit motive based care. Thank you for your service doesn’t help when ignorance of the real situation is widespread. I appreciate the acknowledgment of service by Apple and other organizations that offer this.
