A remarkable take on Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody

Just listen to this take. Astonishing. Marc Martel could be Freddie Mercury.

  1. If I’m not mistaken, he was used to overdub some of the singing in the movie, which was fantastic by the way.

  2. Wow, that actually is amazing. Hearing it isolated you can really appreciate the lyrics… NYT and Rollingstone both got it so wrong when they trashed the album as a pretentious and trendy.

  3. Yep, his voice was used in various parts of the new movie. I’ve been following this guy recently. His operatic voice is also mind blowing. You can close your eyes and basically hear Feddy. What a talent.

  4. If you’re a really big Freddy Mercury fan, and you happen to be in Stone Town, Zanzibar (off the coast of Tanzania) you will find a little bar on the waterfront called Freddie’s. It’s named in honor of Freddy Mercury who was born in Stone Town. And the food is darn good there!
