Pop the bottom cover, 6 Torx screws to remove the antenna plate, and you’re in. Very similar to the old Mac mini in approach.

Well, er, “parts” meaning “the RAM”.
I mean, sure, the PSU and fan, if needed, but those were always replaceable and not big failure points that I know of.
(Of course, it’s 2018 – it’s not like onboard WiFi chips fail a lot, or an SSD connected via USB3/TB3 is gonna be noticeably slower than onboard.
Modular parts are a lot less important now than they were 10 or 20 years ago.
Never gonna say no to RAM upgrades, though.)
I’m looking forward to seeing OWC’s video for the purpose. I often have those running while I do upgrades purchased from them.
