Frys has what I read as a one-day-only sale on AirPods. Why one-day-only? The promo code embedded in the URL is today’s date.
Complete speculation here, but: Wondering if this is clearing inventory to make way for a new generation of AirPods.
AirPods for $139
Generally “shipping/arrival” date slips on devices at Apple and often other retailers on devices that are being replaced with inventory being sold down, not like someone dumping inventory last minute. Airpods are too popular IMO (as not someone that owns any) for this to mean they’re being replaced/EOS’d. I would bet at most a 2nd sku coming for qi ones, not current ones being liquidated.
