Great how-to from AppleInsider’s Malcolm Owen. This comes up for me surprisingly often.
If you have to muck around with PDFs, then you should conside buying PDFpenPro as it is very powerful.
I use it almost every day.
Copy-Paste also works, as does drag and drop. You need to be a little bit careful with drag and drop as you can end up with a window showing two PDFs instead of a combined PDF if you don’t drop just right.
It’s been many months since I did this, though.
