Good list of apps, both free and paid and there are even a couple I’m not familiar with.
Some of those look like pretty nifty tools, but some of them just baffle me…who the hell wants to do serious photo editing on their phone?
It’s like all the doo-dads and gimmicks they put into cameras…what use are they?
If I’m seriously editing photos I want to do it on the retina screen on my DESKTOP, not in the palm of my hand!

This, plus I feel similarly about email. Modal windows on a phone just don’t cut it for me.
I do “serious” photo editing on my phone all the time.
