For those who are wondering, it’s pronounced Pull-it-zehr.
I’ve spent time at their flagship newspaper, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, where they shared that bit of information. I’ve been in small towns smaller than its press room. The ink was so thick you could taste it for hours after going in. I also had a demo of the Scitex machine in ’87, which was the precursor of Photoshop, and the source of a controversy back then over a removed Diet Coke can from a Pulitzer Prize winning photo.
