Riveting story, and more so because the prosecution went through the process of recovering the victim’s heart rate data from her Apple Watch to tell the story of her death.
This is a real twist on the well worn murder mystery plot device where the victim’s watch is broken indicating the time of death.
This rather indicates the trouble Apple will have in keeping our information private, doesn’t it? If this data is so integral to how we live our lives, it will be equally integral to the government.
