This is a little gem. Think about how hard it is to sing when you are sitting down. Stevie Nicks really lets us have it, making the whole thing effortless.
And listen for the other folks joining in. This is off-the-cuff, and wonderful.

In the concert film from the U2 iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE concert in Paris in 2015, Bono sings The Fly under the stage during the intermission. Really an amazing performance.
Right, except that’s not where the comment is placed within the sentence. It’s written so that Stevie Nicks is the nightmare, not the fact that she’s singing in the makeup chair. I didn’t know if it was just a poorly written sentence, or if she had some history with makeup artists I’d missed.

Bad writing makes for bad interpretations.
It was fun to see that video of the “underworld”. I had no idea that’s what was going on when I saw the concert in Chicago 6 months before the Paris show. Upon reflection, I think they did “The Wanderer” for the intermission at that show, but it was still the big display of words and phrases that was what we could see from our seats.
Having worked backstage at numerous concerts and other events, it is always fun to see that which is not seen by the vast majority of those attending.
