It’s impossible when I see these not to be impressed by the extraordinary design and engineering complexity at every single level: the individual components themselves (that processor!), the component packaging, the final assembly, and of course the incredible physical quality for a mass-produced device.
Did you ignore the possibility that some tech-enthusiast Loop readers might be curious to see what the phone’s insides look like?
I’m going to take a look, but I feel a little squicky about it. Hopefully they got it back together and someone can use it without having future issues and being denied AppleCare service.
