14, I think. I like the way the key is too fuzzy to read. But I am pretty sure. I am surprised I couldn’t get more though. 14 out of 26 is probably not that good! As far as the alternative? Three. I do listen to alternative, but it’s interesting, since it’s all digital now, I don’t see anything really. I just play it, stream it. Plus classic rock is what I grew up listening too.
I enlisted my Facebook friends to solve the classic rock one. Lots of great bands.
Exactly right on your last point. Back when you had to interact with the physical media the album art would be etched in your long-term memory forever. These days I often don’t even know the name of the band I’m playing.
That was very hard. Everyone in the office got involved in the end. I managed 20 by myself, the last 6 were filled in by others. X is a particularly cruel trick and was the last to fall.
It’s surprising how many people got ‘R’ wrong. I knew it wasn’t the obvious but it was a long afternoon before I remembered where I’d seen it before.
This was most definitely brilliant .. I won’t be trying the other one, classic rock is more my thing.
And the three I did get, have been around for a while, like The Foo Fighters. I can certainly see not knowing the band you are playing, I listen, like a song and if I don’t look to see who it is I can’t remember. I wonder what this will do to the industry over the long term?
