Eurasian filings indicate new MacBooks, iPads and Apple Magic Keyboard coming at WWDC

Benjamin Mayo, 9to5Mac:

Several reports have indicated WWDC will introduce several new Apple hardware products alongside the headline software announcements like iOS 11 and macOS 10.13. Today, Eurasian regulator filings (which have proved reliable before) suggest that new iPad and MacBook (Pro?) models are on the way, as has been reported before.

The filings also suggest that a revision to the wireless Apple Magic Keyboard is imminent.

Can’t wait for the keynote. We are so close!

  1. Unless iOS is gaining some dev related capabilities it feels odd for any iPad updates to be on the stage at WWDC if they’re major. Same for MacBook updates. MacBook Pro? I can definitely see those and really hope they do at least 1 15″ model with 32g. Yes, I know the RAM/battery issues but the rejoinder to that is easy – you wanted RAM, this is the tradeoff.

  3. If there’s new frameworks or major new features to support it, it would belong at WWDC.

And if not? There’s no reason they won’t ship it at WWDC anyway. Apple Music shipped at WWDC, didn’t it?
