Syracuse Post-Standard:
How fast can a bowler roll 12 consecutive strikes and achieve a perfect game?
For Ben Ketola, the answer is 86.9 seconds.
I love bowling but wouldn’t this level of skill take a lot of fun out of the game?

Is that a legal bowling action?
I don’t bowl enough. What is he doing that’s not legal?
looks like he’s throwing it with two hands? not sure if that is even illegal but it looks odd.
Bowling is a sport that most people play wearing other people’s shoes.
Yup. You can bowl with two hands. Lots of people do.
Did he have to go back to lanes 1 & 2 for his final two shots? If he had just gone back to, say, lanes 5 & 6 (or somewhere else so long as the balls had had time to return and the pins reset), he might have been able to shave another second or so from his time.
You could always watch the video or read the linked story to answer your own question. 🙂
As a matter of fact I DID, and NEITHER says WHY he had to go back all the way to lanes 1 & 2.
