I had to learn an English schoolboy dialect for a play a couple of decades ago. Even with an extensive audio tutorial and half a lifetime of mimicking Monty Python, it was difficult.
Watch the film Split, the actor James James McAvoy does a pretty good job with different accents, not quite like this though.
