Apple:
Apple today announced the five top-grossing holiday movies of all time on iTunes in the US. Elf, originally released in 2003 starring Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf, is the all-time best-selling holiday movie on iTunes.
Elf!? Wow. This is a really lame list.
Don’t diss the Elf Shawn……
It’s an OK movie but the #1 best seller on iTunes? So sad.
🙂
I couldn’t make it halfway through Elf. Zoe is the Stepford actress. She’s ruined more movies. She works the doe-eyed look like a tired visual cliche. People don’t do that in real life.
Agreed on both counts.
National Lampoon’s I’m a little more excited about, mind you.
Never seen it but upvoted ’cause I can’t stand cheap visual cliches.
What about The Grinch? The only way that is even on there is because people must have accidentally purchased it, thinking they were buying this:

I loved National Lampoon as a kid, it was one of my favorite xmas films. We watched it again last xmas, and boy has it aged poorly.
You’d think so, but I’ve talked to a lot of people who love it.
Santa = Sanitize
Well if most popular is the best, then McDonald’s is the best restaurant in the world.
Right…. But how????
