That’s a switch, I get the message that’s it’s currently not available in the US store.

Nope, not pulled. After you said that I did some digging. It’s only available in the Dutch store right now. It’s being tried out in the Netherlands first.

I get a message when clicking on the app link above “…but it is available in the Dutch Store. Click Change Store to view this item”

I tried using their Twitter support the other day and unfortunately, like their other support avenues, for anything non-obvious it always starts with “try restoring your phone first”, which is a non-starter for me because of the time and disruption involved. Super disappointing.
