It’s not a big surprise to me that Apple ranked highest in the Smartwatch category, but I am surprised that it didn’t even place in the Fitness Band category, which Samsung won.
**Update:** Apparently Apple wasn’t included in the in the Fitness Band category, although it looked to me like it was.
Considering companies have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for the right to claim they got a JD Powers award, I have to wonder about the quality of their reports in the first place. Sounds more like the Who’s Who books where you pay for having yourself listed in a book of people who pay to have themselves listed in a book.
