I can hear the keyboards of 100’s of injury attorney’s warming up.
I don’t think the lawyers will win. At startup, the game clearly states to stay aware of your surroundings. The graphic on the screen is a walking person, and it tells you to walk or run to find the monsters. There is nothing in the game telling you to drive.
I think that’s a little harsh. Who can honestly say they’ve never been distracted by their phone?
I would have thought this was pretty cool when I was a kid. Even better, somebody should make a Dungeons & Dragons version. Imagine what you could find poking around an old cemetery.
Sounds like fun, until you’re reminded that you live in an area that makes this sort of thing foolishly risky.
