It’s not just all about taxes. It is also about respecting the decisions that we have made as a polity and as communities concerning how we will be governed and regulated. This “violate rules later and demanded that the lawful governments beg forgiveness from US for violating their laws and norms” concept has to potential to destroy our entire society. (I realize a lot of glibertarians think they want that, but even Larry Niven realized that anarchy was not feasible).
