A few weeks ago, James Pinkstone posted a story on his blog titled Apple Stole My Music. No, Seriously.
That post got Apple’s attention. Enough so, that they sent two engineers to Pinkstone’s house to try to track down the problem.
Great read.
They can’t find anything so far and cannot reproduce the problem. As many engineers will tell you, users often refute the possibility of user error even when it is the only thing left.

I kinda wish he’d led with that so I could have just stopped reading there.
Just like companies and developers fail to confirm bugs, security issues and glitches in their code.
