If the solution was Phil Schiller, then give him other services to run because everything under Cue’s command is like a house of cards.
I submitted an app update a couple days ago and it went from uploaded to the app store in about 17.5 hours. Amazing.

Note that Phil Schiller has ALWAYS been in charge of App Review as the org that does App Review has always been part of Phil’s org. This has probably has nothing to do with Phil being “in charge of the App Store”
