Apple Music Feature Request: Don’t remove local music without explicit permission

Wait, this is confusing. Didn’t you just say yesterday that Apple Music doesn’t delete your music unless you tell it to?
The article yesterday was about the library on your main machine, this is about how iOS devices will automatically move things from the device to clear space but they still remain on your PC. Confusing, but two different scenarios.
This article is about both issues.
“But I’ve now heard enough reports from Mac-savvy people to be satisfied that it’s a real issue in iTunes too. There was Jim Dalrymple, hardly a beginner where Apple kit is concerned, nor someone noted for being overly critical of the company. He initially lost 4,700 tracks – though did later get most of it back with Apple’s help.
And when freelance composer James Pinkstone described exactly the same thing happening to him, discussion among the team here at 9to5Mac revealed that our own Greg Barbosa has experienced it too. Greg is a software developer who last worked as an iOS QA/test engineer, so again, hardly an Apple neophyte.
Losing music in iTunes is a thing.”
didn’t Mr. Dalrymple express the same frustrations and concerns with Apple Music as what is being spread across the “series of tubes”?
Didn’t he report the loss of music files at the hands of this beast from Hell?
Apple Music is a dance with the devil.
I think I’ll stick to owning my music.
Apple can start apologizing any time.
There are two ways to use Apple Music safely: on an Android device, and not at all. Great job Apple.
