If you want to get prehistoric, the Mac II port is missing. It was used on a lot of machines in the late 80s thru at least the early 90s.
This does not list “all the video ports ever used.” It’s missing the 15-pin (DA-15) mac video port, which was used for a decade starting with the original Mac II, via its NuBus video card. Apple used DA-15 video ports for essentially all the Motorola 680×0 modular macs and powerbooks.
It’s also missing the obscure HDI-45 “AudioVision” port, which some PowerMac 6100/7100/8100 models had.
There’s also DB-13W3, which is even more obscure than HDI-45. See http://www.forcedperfect.net/hardware/cards/workstationportraitcard/

Those DVI variants. Ugh.
Is DA-15 the one which looked like VGA but wasn’t?
That was my reaction, too. You can really see why they went with serial ports.
It’s been a crapshoot. “Will this new monitor hook up with my old CPU? Do I have a connector that can let them live together?” I’m so over that.
DVI was the SCSI of video.
I remember that 15 pin connector. Pretty sure I blew a PC video card at one point by connecting an Apple monitor to the… joystick, was it? (The joystick port was on the video card, it was more of a “game” card than a specific video card.)
