Apple is currently aiming to unveil the new 4-inch the iPhone 5se, the iPad Air 3, and new Apple Watch band options at an event on Tuesday, March 15th, according to sources.
And:
The new band lines will include multiple new colors for the rubberized Sport bands, new Hermès bands, a ‘space black’ version of the Milanese Loop, and an entirely new band line made of a new material.
Assuming this is all true, it’ll be interesting to see if the smaller phone has a new camera design (without the dump, dual lenses).

User commentary on the recent spate of iPhone 5se stories (accepting that such a sample is self-selecting) would seem to suggest that there’s not much interest in upgrading from a 5S to a 5se…but for users like myself on a 5c (or earlier) even without the very latest camera the upgrade will be a nice one.
Given what has been suggested in these stories, and taking them for the moment as true (A9/M9, four inch, Apple Pay, Touch ID, camera from the 6, design based on 5S with some 6-like changes), my (shrinking) wish list is down to:
–Design more like the 5S than the 6, including thickness
–2GB of RAM instead of 1GB (though who am I kidding, I’d never know this if performance is fine; I do expect though that it would help future versions of iOS)
I wonder if the owner of this blog could confirm the date with famous yep or nopes? he used to do that.
I was wondering the same. It’s been a while. No doubt he has to do so judiciously to maintain his relationship with Apple…perhaps the widespread mention of this rumor mitigates the need for him to do so?
