Google is close to rolling out a tool named “Customer Match” which, it appears, will combine a logged-in Google account with any email address handed by a customer to a retailer to create lists of addresses to target specific users with marketing material.

They’ll be targeted, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be useful. Depending upon how real-time this is, you can have fun trolling your friends by spaming their G-mail accounts with mail contain references to/links for any kind of product and if someone is paying Google for that ad-word, or whatever they call it, then all their websurfing will be full of ads for that product.

This exists on Twitter and Facebook already. Google is late to the game. Google has to do this to stay relevant in the long term. Gmail and YouTube are going to save Google from loosing to Facebook in the long term.
Yeah, I was about to say the same. FB does it even worse – which in my arena is actually pretty cool. You can enter a list of email addresses (your clients, basically) and FB provides you a list similar profiles who you can advertise to. It’s actually neat stuff when you’re in marketing.

Google has become totally worthless. It pulls up almost nothing I search for anymore and completely changes the words in my search engine queries. Google truly sucks. And censors and tracks and deletes comments on YouTube and Disqus………….I despise Google and YouTube for their unlawful CENSORSHIP of the TRUTH. Liars and deceivers always have to censor the Truth. FAKEbook and all the rest suck too, but I was never stupid enough to go there to begin with.
