I still use A Better File Renamer mostly, but Name Mangler has a really cool feature I use sometimes. It can take some of the IPTC and EXIF metadata in photos and use that information to rename the file.
With A Better Finder Rename you can also set up a service in OS X to select files, right click, and it puts them in ABFR for renaming. Really slick.
