Works well with a cursor. Are the controls large enough for touches? Not actually having received my watch yet I’m only guessing.
While it would be hard to do much with this, it is functional and the touch targets were well thought out. In my limited testing it seemed pretty responsive in working with my phone. Now I wish they would update their djay remote app so I could control djay on my Mac with my watch.
