I ran the app on my (backed up) iPhone and it allowed me to recover a little over 2.5 GB. Not a lot but every little bit counts.

Does this clean up the “Other” space on my iOS device?

I’ve been using an iPhone app called Battery Doctor which can also clear the cached files, if you want something on the phone when you aren’t near your computer.
Sadly, there is very little that will clear up the “other” space on the device. A backup and restore can sometimes clear out some.
Worked for me but crashed on every process!
2.5 GB is not a lot…. Hahahaha. Times have changed so much!
