  1. The whole band of that era was. Roger Fisher and Howard Leese, (especially Howard) brought some serious lead skills that wove amazingly well with Nancy’s rhythm playing. And Mike Derosier’s drumming is hugely underrated.

I really, really miss Howard’s presence in the current incarnation. He’s an amazing musician.

  2. I remember watching them give a concert on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in ~1985. Nancy was wearing skin tight leather pants. That and the killer music I remember very clearly. Everything else is muddled and foggy. Thanks Jim for reawakening those dormant memories.

  3. Saw them perform this whole album live in either 77 or 78 I think. Great music, but the venue was so big and what with all the drugs … well, they were just tiny dancing dots on a blurry far away stage. They performed all their hits absolutely flawlessly though, (not like today’s groups where the live version is often something quite different and disappointing).

  4. Absolutely my favorite band. Period. Thanks Jim for reminding me of such, they always bring me great joy.
