Camera+ for iPhone is free through November 16th; here’s how to get it

PetaPixel:

Normally Camera+ would set you back $3 in the app store, but right now there’s a lesser-known promotional offering from Apple that lets you download a copy for free. You just need to know where to look.

Well worth jumping through some hoops to get it.

  1. Thanks for the heads up Shawn. By the way, I’ve downloaded many normally pay for apps by installing the Starbucks app, games, music, apps. I don’t evn go to Starbucks! : )

  2. The main developers behind TapTapTap are the same folks behind MacHeist… a site which comes under fire every time they have one of their promotions to give away and sell really cheap software. Some devs feel like they rob developers blind.

  3. Thanks for the link, young man. Looking forward to trying this out on my next errand-driven constitutional.

  4. Ohhhh, those guys! I remember the flack from those bundles from a few years ago, had no idea they were related. Used Camera+ a couple years ago, never really stuck, just use the Apple cam or iStopMotion these days.

  5. That’s a lot of hoops. I think I’d rather just pay $3.00. That’s almost as bad as having to do three or four forms and copies of things to get a rebate on something 4-6 weeks after I buy something.
