The different appears to be that Heinken’s device can be loaded up with multiple brews simultaneously, and you can switch between them when you pour.
It is attractive but impractical and requires non-standard kegs called “torps.” It also only allows for consumption of a handful of fairly insipid beers. This will take off for the handful of folks who want a pretty object in their bar area and have bought into the marketing that paints Heineken a luxury beer. A beer dispenser for people who want toys, not beer.
