Tim Cook, other Apple execs sued over ebook pricing

In the case of Apple, the shareholders claim that Cook and others, including directors Al Gore and Bill Campbell, breached their fiduciary duty to the company and engaged in “waste of corporate assets.” They want the court to order Apple’s board to implement better governance measures, and for Cook and the other defendants to pay restitution to shareholders and to pay the shareholders’ legal bills.

  1. What a laughable, filthy, hypocritical, contradictory, and idiotic lawsuit? “We’re suing you again because you got sued which forced you pay out $$, and we don’t like that so here’s another lawsuit.”

As an Apple shareholders, these opportunistic and vitriolic shareholders are an embarrassment. Just sell your stock and shut the fuck up if you despise the company that much. Don’t invest in something you don’t believe in.

  2. I might click through at a later time to see if the lawsuit somehow also mentions Bill Campbell’s neglect of Mac-using Intuit customers, but somehow I doubt it will.
