Yes, there’s a lot of crap out there being peddled as professional work. I say fans who won’t make much of an effort actually deserve what they get, even though they’re supporting low-talent product.
Other fans are interested enough to seek out better alternatives than what’s on the pop charts. Some of us rely on new gatekeepers to make recommendations. We deserve better, and we get it.
