I think you should do a video podcast of this, along the lines of Kevin Rose and Digg when they would drink beer and talk about the weeks news, except you would be way more entertaining.
As one who does a video broadcast of sorts, I can tell you this kind of thing can be a giant PITA. Coupled with the fact that Jim is often travelling (I have him on my show on a regular basis and know his schedule), it makes video a real challenge.
