The point all these genius comment thread posters are missing: you can’t predict (or pretend to know anything about) the future by looking at the past (the time that starts right after “now.”)
Apple wouldn’t drop $3B on anything that wasn’t worth it. So, if nothing about Beats seems worth it, then there’s something that few know about that is worth it.
We’ll find out what that is in due course.
