Samsung is paying people to spam blog comments, to ridicule competing products and even tries to make people at the Olympics accept dubious terms… the idea of them righting anything is quite a bit off.

Agreed. I was going to say the same. Apples and oranges. Not to say I agreed or disagreed with the President’s appearance on BTF, but it was completely voluntary so there is nothing to compare here.
I disagree. This is enough reason not support Samsung. And besides, yea Blackberry is Canadian, but back when that decision was made, there wasn’t much of a choice. Now, would the White House really get behind a Korean company over an American company when there is a strong contender that is at least designed and engineered in the USA by an American company? No way.
