My thanks to Pixelmator for sponsoring The Loop’s RSS feed this week. Pixelmator is one of the apps that I use every day and have for years. It’s very powerful, but yet approachable, allowing new users to instantly manipulate their images. There is no better image editor.
Pixelmator
Better is a relative term.
I think Photoshop is more powerful.
Of course, on the price-performance curve, Pixelmator is a huge winner as it does most of what Photoshop does.
For me, as a webmaster, PS is the better choice.
I do own both and look forward to the day when I no longer open PS.
