Amazon.com founder Jeffrey P. Bezos suffered a kidney stone attack while vacationing in the Galapagos Islands over the New Year’s Day holiday and was flown back to the United States for treatment.
“Galapagos: five stars. Kidney stones: zero stars,” Bezos said through a spokesman.
Ow ow ow ow.
Been there passed that. Hope it passed quickly for him. Kidney stones are no fun at all.
That really does suck (I never want kidney stones!) and it ruined his once in a life time vacation to the Galapagos. I’m sure he’ll never be able to afford to go back there again.
Had these last year. Worst pain ever!
It feels like having a lit cigaret inside your urethra. Worst pain ever is right.
On the positive side, thanks to Amazon Prime, they were delivered overnight.
Been there and they hurt but try gall stones for the ultimate in abdominal pain, I’ll take kidney ones any day!
