It it obvious they were rushing this thing, hence the availability issues. I did receive mine (the graphite model) and it is a nice product. One of its touted features is the ability to blend using your finger. Unfortunately the nub also does this at unexpected times… expect to use the undo feature a lot (which, in my opinion, is horribly implemented), clever yes; easy to use? – not at all. Hopefully a software (firmware?) update will either fix this, or if they think it is a feature, at least allow the user to restrict blending to one’s finger. I expect other software features will be added as time goes on. Clearly no one size fits all with these things. I have almost as many different brands of styluses as I do graphite pencils, charcoal, brushes, et al.

I ordered a few of the walnut pencils as gifts. My order now says preparing to ship. I was hoping to get them before Christmas, but can deal if they don’t.
Fiftythree should have had a long Facebook or blog (they don’t appear to have) post. You say you screwed up, you say why, and you say what you’re doing to fix it and what the expectations should be.
They refunded the whole price of the product AND he’s getting it before the 22nd.
I received mine about 8 days after my order said preparing to ship USPS. It’s been my experience that the post office really tries to expedite 1st class shipments this close to Christmas. Good luck!
