I don’t see this in the UK or other western countries. All handsets come with the full google experience. The only store other than googles with any success is the amazon store and that’s only only on tablets.
Every Android device labeled as Android has the Play Store. The rest of his statements are pretty true except the code base. They all start from the same base.
