Yep. Huge bad bet. He had authorization to buy like 1k shares but decided to add a couple of zeros, assuming that the shares go up after an earnings call. Silly boy clearly wasn’t paying attention. It always goes down.
Someone wittily responded on another site that he got 30 months, whereas he could of got 30 years. looks like the decimal point was moved in the sentence as well.
