Clearly that is showing revenue and not profit. Amazon has been posting losses, as has Blackberry.
Yeah, “make” is probably the wrong word to use for revenue. (and earnings would make a much more interesting metric, particularly if you showed the losses.)
Another interesting infographic would be “The money Samsung throws off in bribes”, with one graphic for government officials, another for tech press, another for general press, etc. etc.
