Some terrific shortcuts here. My favorite:
Typing punctuation can be a drag on an iOS device. Take the humble question mark. First, you must tap 123 key to get to the number and punctuation keyboard, then tap the question-mark (?) key, and then tap the ABC key to get back to the letter keyboard.
Here’s a quicker way to do it. Tap and hold the 123 key. Now, without removing your finger from the keyboard, slide your finger over to the question-mark key (or any other punctuation mark) and then release. The keyboard will insert your symbol and automatically switch back to the ABC keyboard.
This trick is even better if you want to type a special mark, such as the upside-down question mark (¿).
That’s not an iOS 7 feature it was present on iOS 6 maybe even 5. Except for perhaps the first feature all others were available prior to 7.
With the exception of the first tip, none of these are new. And the first one is only half new. Same function, different key. Still, it’s good to get these tips out there again.
Most of those tips have been available in iOS since at least iOS3, certainly the tip you posted is something I’ve done for years.

For question mark or exclamation, simply tap and hold (right) shift, then move to question mark — much easier than the 123 key.
With the exception of the # keyboard for Twitter, I can assure you that each and every single one of these ‘new’ functions of the keyboard have been present since day one. Nothing has changed about the keyboard in iOS 7 but the aesthetics. People assume that the ‘.com’ button ‘disappeared’ in Safari, but they are misinformed: They expect to see it when typing a URL in at the top, but since this bar is now for URLs or search queries, Apple has opted to trigger the standard keyboard, rather than the URL keyboard. You’ll continue to see the ‘.com’ button anywhere URLs are appropriate, such as inputting addresses in Mail and Messages. Sheesh. While getting these tips out there again doesn’t hurt, I’m getting tired of these tech sites foaming about things in iOS 7 as if they’re brand-new, undiscovered features.
you could try to lift the entire keyboard up a few inches so it’s not attached to the bottom bezel, where the Control Center hides. Hold the keyboard button (bottom right corner) and slide it up.
