DEVS: If you do not see 7.02 in your Software Update, try plugging your phone into your computer. That should do it.

Gerry, if you are an Apple iOS developer, try downloading the ipsw file appropriate to your phone from the site. Back up your phone. Once you have the file, option-click the update button, and select the ipsw file (you did back up your phone, right?) The 7.02 update should work, then you should see 7.02 on the General -> Software Update screen, as well as under General -> About -> Version.
