I have seen something like this were I work. Makes me really wonder what kind of people are attracted to “tech jobs”. This is coming from a real Man seeing this disguising behavior first hand.
The tech community needs to take a close look at themselves.
Frankly I think this is a US problem, not an IT problem. Though women are underepresented in IT here in Europe I have never seen this kind of agressive “brogrammer” behavior over here.
