After working in that neck of the woods close to Austin, perhaps they’re missing a prime option: Plow the whole enchilada under and make a disc golf course with the land. Of course the shareholders get a few months of free clubhouse dues waived.
Looks like the move to privatize the company is coming just in time. I imagine it was internal forcasts pointing to this that helped movitate that push.
