Umm if memory recalls 10.5 was the buggiest release ever. I filled so many bugs that it put me off filing bugs for years. Hope 10.9 doesn’t end up that way.

Seems reasonable since it is sounding like Ive is having a much larger influence in iOS 7, UI revamp, than most people initially predicted.
What does on time mean? Apple needs a new phone and os middle of the year to counter the onslaught of decent Android phones.

it’s ugly, no hierarchy, not easy to spot where is the content, where is the interface.
and in the end it’s fashion. People want “new” juste because. Not to do better and easier to use, just “new”.
It’s the same, but just reversed, than when everyone screamed “delicious generation”.
They are still earning quite a bit. They don’t need to mess up their schedules to compete really. They are not a fast-sinking company by any stretch of the imagination.
I’m sure it’s going to be flat, but at the same different and better than existing designs. Windows doesn’t even use color gradients but I doubt Apple is going to go that way. And the WWDC logo, for example, it’s very colorful and not boring at all.
